- At a customer’s instance, we will execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), drafted by the customer; to protect and further assure the customer.
- Within our office premises, Non-Data Recovery Services Professionals/Customers are not allowed in the Laboratory.
- Our Recovery Laboratory maintains a different physical network and secured internet connection which cannot be accessed by other members of staff.
- After Service Warrantee period of 14 days, customers' data files are irreversibly wiped from our Server.
- Each customer is assigned an Engineer along with a temporary Storage Area for the purpose of the current Job, and it is inaccessible to other Engineers.
- Our Engineers and even the non-data recovery professionals; are continuously trained to appreciate the implication of customers' data files' leakage as the action/inaction leading to a data leakage can wipe our business; through litigation.
