Chief (Dr.) Harrison Bolaji Adeniji | M.Sc, HCIB, Ph.D
Chairman

He is an alumnus of Bolton Technical College and Sal Ford University, Manchester, England. His 32 years of professional banking career started with the UBA Plc after a brief stint with the Lagos State Public Service, and he was in UBA for 15 years, leaving as the Head Office Inspector (Senior Management Cadre). Dr. Adeniji worked briefly with the Republic Bank Limited, Lagos, between 1990 and 1992 as the Chief Inspector, from where he joined Eko International Bank Limited, where he held several top management positions including The Chief Inspector Of The Bank. Dr. H. B. Adeniji retired in 2005 as a General Manager of EIB International Bank Plc (now part of Skye Bank plc) to take up other professional endeavours. While in banking, he was at various times, Chairman, Sub-Committee of Currency Control, (Committee Of Chief Inspectors Of Banks In Nigeria), and the Vice-Chairman of the, National body. He is a reputable administrator, and has served as a Director, on the board of EIB Savings & Loans Bank Limited. Dr. Adeniji is a member of many professional bodies and social clubs in Nigeria and abroad. He is a full member of Nigerian Institute Of Management (MNIM), a senior member (HCIB) of Chartered Institute Of Bankers Of Nigeria (CIBN). In May 2004, he was elected The Chairman, Board Of Trustees in Africa, of a United States based Bradley University, and was awarded an Honorary Ph.D degree in Business Administration (Honoris Causa). He served two terms as The Chairman of the most prestigious club in Africa, Ikoyi Club 1938, and currently, a honourary member of the Club. He holds the traditional title of Gbobaniyi Of Isonyin. He is happily married with children.

Dr. Olugbade Omotoso BOLANLE | PharmD, MBA, BPharm, RPh

Founder/Ceo, MerciLAND FARMACIE, Detroit, MI-USA. A Canadian citizen, Dr. Olu Omotoso Bolanle holds a B.Pharm from the University of Lagos in 1988, had a brief stint with Nigerian Hoechst (now Nigerian German Chemical) before joining Glaxo Healthcare Company (now GSK). He left Glaxo in 1994 and as a Star representative award winner. He was at the Nigeria Distilleries Limited for 5 years as a Product Group Manager where he tremendously contributed to the overhauling and transformation of the sales and marketing functions of the foremost indigenous spirits makers. He was a functional stakeholder (representing marketing department) in ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE PROJECT -NDL/Arthur Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). The Global Ceo relocated to the United States in 1999 and attended De-Paul University in Chicago for the Accelerated Computer Career Program, as well as studied to become a Registered and Licensed Pharmacist in Michigan which enabled him to work as a Staff Pharmacist with CVS Chain of Pharmacies for 8 years. He later resigned from CVS to float and part-own a Pharmacy, named Friendz Pharmacy, in Detroit, MI, in 2010, from which he divested in 2019 to solely establish a new Pharmacy Practice named MerciLAND FARMACIE PC, in Southgate, MI. He was re-engaged in January 2021 by CVSHealth as a COVID-19 Immunizing Pharmacist in an effort geared towards eradicating Covid-19 in the United States of America. He was the past National Treasurer, National Association of Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Scientists in the Americas (NAPPSA). He once served as the President, NIGERIA PHARMACISTS ASSOCIATION OF MICHIGAN, as well as the Committee Chair, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT/MEMBERSHIP DRIVE of the same body. In his student days, he was also President, Pharmaceutical Association Of Nigeria Students (PANS-Unilag) in 1986/87 session. He is happily married to Mrs. Iyabowale Bolanle and blessed with 3 children.

Mr. Bolanle has more than 26 years professional experience in Information Technology & Security, covering the Financial Industry, IT Technical Training, ICT Solution, and Consulting. He is widely recognized as an expert in enterprise security and often referred to as the Minister of Information amongst Information Security Professionals in Nigeria; and in diaspora. He was amongst the first set of Nigerians that earned the prestigious certification of CISSP in Nigeria; in 2003. Mr. Bolanle whose professional exposure started at Ecobank Nigeria Plc in 1992 also worked with IT Solution firms and Training outfits before joining Associated Discount House Limited (ADH) in 2001. Bolanle O. Omotoso was the pioneer Head of Information Communication Technology at Oak Pensions Limited, prior to this, he held sway as the Systems Administrator at Associated Discount House Limited (ADH), IT Department where he technically led the implementation and deployment of IT/Network Infrastructure of the subsidiary, and branches and several other regulatory-induced turnkey ICT projects such eFASS and RTGS, Before settling down as a self-employed professional and an entrepreneur, he technically led the ICT Infrastructure implementation for a number of Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs). He also had a brief stint as the Group Head Of ICT at Greenwich Trust Limited where he technically led the overhauling of the ICT infrastructure of the leading Capital Market Operator. He is a writer, trainer by nature, and an accredited Examination Supervisor for the prestigious CISSP certification administered by the ISC2 in the US. He is a member, Computer Registration Council Of Nigeria (CPN), Centre For Internet Security, ISACA, ISC2, and Nigeria Computer Society (NCS). He has received training both locally and overseas. He is happily married with children. Bolanle O. Omotoso is a member of Ikoyi Club 1938. He served two terms as the Chairman, ICT Sub-Committee of Ikoyi Club 1938, May 2019 to February 2021. As a self-employed professional, he was engaged by United Nations Office On Drugs And Crimes, and served as an Independent National IT Expert/Evaluator in late 2010 in a Project Closure Evaluation Mission of the NGA S08 Project Nationwide (Support For EFCC and Nigeria Judiciary Project).

Mrs. Bolanle Oyindamola Bolanle
Director, Corporate Services

Oyindamola holds a Higher National Diploma, in Maths/Statistics, 1998, from The Polytechnic Ibadan. She also holds a Diploma in Data Processing from The Royal Business School, also in Ibadan. Mrs. Bolanle worked at various times with Maureen Laboratory Limited, as a front office officer and the first contact image maker of the Company and later with Nigeria Distilleries Limited where she worked closely with the Group Head of HR/Admin. She had her NYSC, serving as the Secretary to the Zonal Accountant, at the NNPC Warri Delta State between 1998 and 1999. She later developed her customer services and administrative skills while working with the Sustainable Lands Development Consultants (SLDC), in year 2000, a Lagos State government approved Consulting firm charged with the responsibility of charting, documenting, and properly costing the landed assets in Lagos State. She was equally responsible for the inventory management of the firm. In view of the gaps amongst the Banking Corporate consumers, Mrs. Bolanle started and owned a corporate clothing brand named Top-Clothiers, and still runs till today. As a Director of the Company, she assumed the position of the Corporate Services Head at Data Recovery Specialist Limited in 2012, the position she holds till date. She is responsible for the external relations and internal administrative management of the Company. She is also tasked with the logistic management for all publicly held training events of the Company.
