Device Submission

Depending on your location, our customers are found in the entire West African nations, so, you can send your media to our Laboratory, or come in person, or ship same by the dispatch riders. For a little sum, we can arrange for a second day pick up from your location. All media must be accompanied by a completed Job Form, signed on Page 2. We are NOT obligated to register as a Vendor, to serve or receive payment from any Customer, corporate or individual.

Technical Evaluation

We will carry out a Non-Destructive Technical Examination of your media to determine what led to its inaccessibility. We will then advise you of the cause(s) of inaccessibility, recovery duration, recovery cost, and expected success rate. The Technical Evaluation comes with a Non-Refundable cost, depending on how fast you want your media to be attended to. In some instances, due to unavailable donor components, it may be necessary to send your media to one of our international offices, we will adequately advise you in advance, and you will be responsible for the international shipping cost, to and fro

Data Recovery

A client is expected to approve our Recovery Cost as stated in the Technical Evaluation Report. On approval, we will carry out a complete recovery of your data and give you access to remotely or physically inspect your recovered files on our Server.

Data Delivery

A client will provide an external drive to save the Recovered Data, the Client can also buy from our Front-Desk to save the recovered Data, we are Hard Disks’ OEM Authorized Partners. We will release the recovered data to the Customer as may be agreed, delivery takes place ONLY after our account must have reflected the approved recovery invoice value.
